Completed commission for an Anniversary present. My goal was to communicate the love between them.

 Trees...from the ground up" was just completed in July 2017. I walk my dogs in the Deerfield Township Park across the lake from me and the trees are so majestic. I just had to paint them. This painting was complicated and took a while. It is 49 x 39.

Awarded 2nd Place in the Graded wash Juried Watercolor Exhibition by Juror Jill Stefani Wagner on August 2, 2017. It was very exciting. There was a lot of great watercolors in this show. Thanks to The Northville Art House for Hosting a watercolor show.

Juried into the 89th Regional Muskegon Museum of Art Competition one of 156 works chosen from 691 multi-medium entries by Juror Petra Fallaux. September 28, 2017 opening at MMA. SOLD at MMA before the opening reception!

Accepted in the American Watercolor Society’s 151st Annual International Exhibition to be held in the Salmagundi Club in New York City April 9-28, 2018.
